I was so excited when Sandra and David told us that they were obtaining the Verday line of aging products. I have worked with this product a lot and truly love the outcome when I use it.
I had a few crowns lying around and decided to use the Copper and Iron Verday paints on them.
It is so fun to watch the process of it aging. I go in and check it every so often after spraying the “magic” Patina Spray onto the second coat of paint.
These crowns were covered in glitter before I started with the Verday paints.
I sanded the glitter off as much as I could, but also left some on for a textured affect.
It’s really awesome to be out shopping the antique stores and find something old and rusty or tarnished but it is not always easy or common to find unique items or exactly what you are looking for.
To have the Verday Paints and be able to transform just about anything to 4 different and beautiful patinas is truly wonderful.
Every time I have used the Verday paints the results have just been so true. I have used them in many of my Relics & Artifacts resin pieces, and on metal, fabric, wood, and paper.
I am having a sweepstakes to give one of my Crowns away.
All you have to do is go to Facebook and join the Relics & Artifacts Facebook Tribe, then leave me a comment there and you will be in the running to win one of my crowns. We’ll also be giving away a VerDay 2oz kit.
Thank you so much for stopping by today and I hope you will give the Verday Paints a try.
